These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the La Rosa Orlando website at larosaorlando.com and any VIP table reservation, guest list, or deposit services offered through it (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the Site or submitting a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services and to enter La Rosa Orlando. A valid government-issued photo ID or passport is required for entry. By submitting a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and authorized to use the contact information you provide.
A nonrefundable $100 deposit is required to hold any VIP table. The deposit secures your reservation; the table minimum spend is settled in person on the night of your reservation.
By opting in to SMS, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from La Rosa Orlando related to your reservation and promotional offers. These terms supplement our Privacy Policy:
La Rosa enforces an upscale, fashionable dress code. Athletic wear is not permitted. Dress code is strictly enforced and entry is at the discretion of management. Guests who do not comply may be denied entry without refund of any deposit.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the floor plan, and images — is the property of La Rosa Orlando or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, La Rosa Orlando and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including any reservation not honored, table reassignment, or communication failure.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the deposit giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
We may revise these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
